Need someone to take over my lease on a 1 bed, 1 bath (tub & shower) upstairs unit in a four unit building off of Belmont. Rent is $550 a month. About 7 months left on lease. Walk-in closet in bedroom. Very spacious. Nice size kitchen with walk-in pantry. Plenty of light with nice windows in each room. Quiet neighbors. I currently have a cat so the landlord will allow a cat.
Complex has a covered parking area in the back for four cars, one for each unit. Unit is close to the freeway. The apartment will come unfurnished except for a fridge and a stove. Each apartment has its own water heater so you don't need to share with anyone else.
